Olaf and Hossein met as wide-eyed film students in Kassel, bonding over grainy footage and a shared obsession: finding human stories in unexpected places.  

Olaf made waves early with his raw, unflinching debut feature Suicide Club - Sometimes You Live Longer Than You Think, screened from Berlin to Busan and broadcast on ARTE.  

Hossein returned to his roots in Bushehr, Iran - not just to film, but to pass the lens forward, teaching a new generation while crafting his own quiet, powerful narratives.  

In April 2023, they reunited in Berlin with a simple idea:  
Point the camera where the city's soul simmers - its street food stalls.  

Moodi Foodi Berlin was born.  
A YouTube channel, sure - but really, a love letter to the hands that feed us, the flavors that move us, and the streets that shape us.  

This shop? It's our way of bringing you closer to that world. Wear the vibe. Map the bites. Own a piece of the story.
